Monochromatic Apartment With A Timeless Concrete Interior And A Cool Bathroom

Earlier this year studio FILD blueprint thinking company completed the interior of an 82 square meter flat located in Kiev, Ukraine. The owner wanted the new interior design to be uncomplicated and uncluttered and to reflect a timeless aesthetic but at the same time to exist unique and customized. The designers managed to make that happen past relying on a series of very bones materials and finishes which complement each other and bring out the natural beauty in one another. Exposed concrete and forest play an important role in this pattern and give the apartment a look that'southward intentionally rugged and imperfect but also warm and inviting, more than so than perchance expected.

The floor programme is open and flexible. The main social area consists of a casual lounge infinite, a dining expanse and a kitchen featuring blackness cabinets, with comfortable seating and practical storage existence seamlessly integrated into the blueprint. The lounge area is very simple only very interesting at the aforementioned fourth dimension. It features a big and multifunctional sofa which has been custom-designed for this space. Information technology fits into this expanse perfectly, lining up with the walls and also doubling as a divider without really an obstruction between the spaces. The rest of the flooring plan is occupied by the master sleeping room and the bathroom which brings us to some other really cool and unusual detail about this apartment. The bath is actually a centerpiece, encased in clear drinking glass and placed between the living room and the bedroom. Its floor is also raised in a higher place the general floor level which helps it stand out fifty-fifty more. Waterproof curtains along the glass walls offer privacy in a casual and sophisticated manner.
